Promotional Terms and Conditions

Promotional offers and coupons from Affordable Closets Inc. (“Affordable Closets”) are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before redeeming any promotional offer.
Minimum Purchase Requirement
Promotional discounts are available only on qualifying projects with a minimum eligible purchase of $2,500.
The $2,500 minimum applies to the portion of the project that qualifies for the promotion and is calculated before the promotional discount is applied.
Eligible Materials
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the applicable promotion, promotional discounts apply only to standard white melamine materials and eligible components.
The following are considered upgrades and are not eligible for promotional discounts, including but not limited to:
- Colored melamine
- Textured, woodgrain, or specialty melamine finishes
- Feelwood materials
- Acrylic
- Glass
- Mirror or mirror inserts
- Specialty doors
- Specialty finishes
- Premium or upgraded hardware
- Other upgraded or specialty materials
If a project includes both eligible white melamine and upgraded materials, the promotional discount will apply only to the qualifying eligible portion of the project.
Lighting Excluded
All lighting products and lighting-related components are excluded from promotional discounts, including but not limited to LED lighting, light fixtures, transformers, switches, connectors, and related accessories.
Other Excluded Products and Services
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion, discounts do not apply to:
- Installation labor
- Delivery or service charges
- Design or consultation fees, if separately charged
- Demolition or removal services
- Specialty accessories
- Upgraded hardware
- Countertops or other specialty components
- Lighting
- Any other products or services specifically identified as excluded in the applicable promotion
Promotion Must Be Presented at Time of Consultation
The promotional offer or coupon must be presented and disclosed to the Affordable Closets designer at the time of the initial consultation/design appointment.
The promotion must be discussed and documented before the proposal or quote is presented to the customer.
Promotional offers cannot be added to a project after the customer has received a proposal or quote.
No Retroactive Application
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
Once a proposal or quote has been presented to the customer, a promotional offer cannot subsequently be applied to that proposal, even if the customer later decides they would like to use the promotion.
Promotions also cannot be applied to previously signed contracts, approved orders, deposits already paid, projects already in production, or completed projects.
Changes After Quoting
Changes, additions, upgrades, substitutions, or material changes made after a proposal or quote has been presented do not automatically qualify the project for a promotional discount.
If a customer changes an eligible material to an upgraded material after receiving a quote, the upgraded material will be priced at the applicable regular price and will not qualify for the promotional discount.
Any revised proposal will be subject to Affordable Closets’ current pricing and applicable promotional terms.
No Combining Promotions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, discount, special pricing, builder pricing, negotiated pricing, or other offer.
Only one promotional offer may be applied per qualifying project.
New Projects Only
Promotional offers are valid for new projects only and cannot be applied to existing orders, previously contracted projects, projects already in production, or completed projects.
No Cash Value or Substitution
Promotional offers:
- Have no cash value
- Are not redeemable for cash
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be exchanged for another product, service, or discount
- Cannot be applied toward a previous purchase
Promotional Period
Each promotional offer is valid only during the promotional period specified in the applicable advertisement, coupon, email, social media post, or promotional material.
Offers expire at the stated expiration date and time and may not be honored after expiration.
Material Availability
All promotional offers are subject to product and material availability. Affordable Closets reserves the right to substitute materials or products when necessary, but substitutions or upgrades may not qualify for the promotional discount.
Service Area
Promotional offers are valid for qualifying projects within Affordable Closets’ standard service area. Additional charges associated with projects outside the standard service area are not eligible for promotional discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to present the applicable coupon or promotional offer and ensure that it is disclosed to their Affordable Closets designer at the time of the initial consultation and before the proposal or quote is presented.
Failure to present the promotion at the required time will result in the promotion being considered ineligible for that project.
Promotional Pricing
Promotional discounts apply only to qualifying products and services specifically identified in the promotional offer. Affordable Closets reserves the right to determine whether a product, material, component, or service qualifies under the terms of a particular promotion.
Promotional pricing does not alter or override Affordable Closets’ standard pricing policies or terms of sale.
Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions
Affordable Closets Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotional offer at any time, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Any modification or cancellation will not affect promotions that have already been properly redeemed and accepted in accordance with the stated promotional terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By redeeming a promotional offer, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Promotional Terms & Conditions and that eligibility is subject to all applicable requirements and exclusions stated herein.
Affordable Closets Inc. reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers based on these terms and the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
