Affordable Closets Inc. Warranty
At Affordable Closets Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and materials. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all furnished products (¾” furniture-grade melamine) and workmanship provided directly by our team.
Products sourced from third-party vendors and installed by Affordable Closets Inc. are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the original manufacturer’s terms.
Installation & Service Policy
Affordable Closets Inc. warrants installation workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of installation. After this period, any service calls, adjustments, or site visits will be subject to a $150 service fee. Affordable Closets Inc. has no control over, and is not aware of, how storage systems are used after installation. Therefore, we are not responsible for damage resulting from overloading, misuse, or use beyond intended design or weight limitations. Responsibility will only be assumed if damage is determined to be the direct result of improper manufacturing or installation by Affordable Closets Inc.Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)
- MDF products, including Thermafoil
- Damage caused by environmental conditions or natural forces, including but not limited to:
- Temperature changes
- Water damage or flooding
- Excessive humidity
- Mold or mildew
- Fire
- Termites, insects, or pests
- Any other acts of nature
- Improper use, including exceeding weight limits or exposure to chemicals or liquids
- Repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than an authorized Affordable Closets Inc. technician. Any unauthorized changes void this warranty.
